English for Sales and Purchasing

English for Sales and Purchasing is for people who need to communicate effectively with international clients and colleagues.

Particularly useful for buyers and sales people who deal with international clients and foreign suppliers, or who attend international exhibitions and trade fairs.

This course provides the trainee with the essential expressions and conversation techniques that will enable him to communicate successfully in his professional field.

The six 4 hour modules of this course present realistic situations and focus on the core activities within the fields of sales and purchasing.

The modules are as follows:

Module 1. An overview of the core activities within the field of Sales and Purchasing

Module 2. Relationship building.

Module 3. Offers and proposals.

Module 4. Negotiations.

Module 5. Orders and contracts.

Module 6. Customer care.

Course Requirements

Candidates for this course must have an intermediate level of competency in the English language, equivalent to level B2 of the Standard European Framework. Placement tests will be conducted by BII before admittance to the course.
